Fee & Cost Schedule
These fees apply in addition to the regular rental charges and may be automatically charged to the payment method stored in the customer's account in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, the customer retains the right to prove that no damage or a significantly lower damage has occurred.
1. Traffic Violations & Fines

2. Parking & Vehicle Return

5. Unauthorized Drivers

6. Fuel

7. Vehicle Relocation

8. On-Site Service Fee
If a Smile Cars employee must travel to the vehicle due to user error, contract violation, or negligent behavior, a €30 service call fee may be charged.
9. Improper Standstill Without Locking

10. No-Movement Rental

Examples include:
- lights left on
- doors or windows left open
- parking brake not applied
- vehicle not properly switched off
If additional damage occurs, repair costs will be charged.
12. Lost Vehicle Key

13. Payment Handling
All fees may be charged to the payment method stored in the user account.
If a payment fails, the account may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
14. Notice Regarding Damage Compensation
The listed fees represent lump-sum compensation for damages.
